Peter Maunsbach (b. 2000) is a photojournalist based in Aarhus, Denmark.
I'm originally from Denmark, but I have been travelling and working around countries such as Faroe Islands, Greenland, Iceland, Sweden and Norway for almost three years. The different cultures, landscapes and human beings that I've met inspired me to apply for the bachelor of photojournalism at DMJX (Danish School of Media and Journalism), where I'm currently studying on fourth semester.
In January 2025 I was shortlisted by World Photography Organisation in the Student Competition 2025 among ten photographers worldwide, for my ongoing project 'Forever to Go' about the personal consequences of fertility treatment in Denmark. The project will be exhibited in London in the spring of 2025.
